These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZH88 platform, including the ZH88 app, zh88.com, and all related services. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any feature of the platform. Accessing or using ZH88 in any capacity means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

ZH88 is available to users who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. ZH88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Responsibilities

Each user may hold only one ZH88 account. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses, referral credits, or welcome rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it directly.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. ZH88 does not hold funds indefinitely and processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the app at the time of the request. Transaction fees, if any, will be displayed before confirmation. ZH88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.

Referral credits and daily login streak rewards are subject to the conditions displayed within the app at the time they are issued. ZH88 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any reward program with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated scripts or bots, or engage in any behavior designed to gain an unfair advantage. Harassment of other users or support staff, sharing of false information, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Platform Availability

ZH88 aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary downtime. ZH88 is not liable for losses or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on zh88.com and within the ZH88 app, including the interface design, game assets, graphics, and branding, is the property of ZH88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

Termination

ZH88 may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud or exploitation, ZH88 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Users who believe their account was suspended in error may contact support through the 24/7 live chat.

Changes to These Terms

ZH88 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on zh88.com and, where significant, communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of the ZH88 platform shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
